Shokh is ready to rock dallywood

Model, dancer and actress of both small and big screen Anika Kabir Shokh who is popular for her infectious smile and decent gestures has performed in the lead character in a full-length Bangla movie.
Her debut film ‘Bolona Na Tumi Amar’, directed by MD Manik, will be released across the country on October 22. Popular actor Sakib Khan is playing with her in the romantic movie.
Keeping this occasion in mind, the producing company of the movie has arranged some live programs in various channels and community radio channels of the country.
From the very first day of the release Shokh and Sakib Khan are scheduled to attend at least 15 cinema halls throughout the country to promote the film.
Thrilled Shokh is getting ready for this big occasion: ‘This is my first big screen movie. So at this moment I am too much excited to express my feeling in words. But I am practicing to be articulate to express my feeling and excitement to the audience during the tour. Sakib Bhai told me that, if I be in the hall among the viewers then it would be much easier to find out my faults which I would try by best to improve in future.’
A TV channels are also airing drama serials, in some of which Shokh will perform important roles.
Shokh is also a dancer. She began taking lessons on classical dance by the time she was a mere girl of three and a half years. She has practised a lot for many forms of classical dances–Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Manipuri and Odissi. However, she is better at Bharatanatyam and Odissi.
